A RM300 per person deposit is required to confirm the booking. Full payment must be made no later than 30 days prior to departure. Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking without refund of the deposit paid.

Deposit sebanyak RM300 seorang diperlukan untuk mengesahkan tempahan. Bayaran penuh hendaklah dijelaskan selewat-lewatnya 30 hari sebelum tarikh berlepas. Kegagalan membuat bayaran penuh boleh menyebabkan tempahan dibatalkan tanpa pemulangan deposit.

All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds will be provided for unused services, late arrivals, voluntary withdrawal, or failure to participate in any scheduled activities.

Semua bayaran yang telah dibuat adalah tidak boleh dipulangkan dan tidak boleh dipindah milik. Tiada pemulangan wang bagi perkhidmatan yang tidak digunakan, ketibaan lewat, penarikan diri atau kegagalan menyertai aktiviti.

Participants must be in good physical and medical condition to undertake the hiking activities. Any medical condition, injury, or health concern must be disclosed before booking. The organizer reserves the right to refuse participation if a participant is deemed unfit or poses a safety risk to themselves or the group.

Peserta hendaklah berada dalam keadaan kesihatan yang baik. Sebarang masalah kesihatan hendaklah dimaklumkan sebelum tempahan. Penganjur berhak menolak penyertaan yang dianggap berisiko kepada keselamatan.

Participants are responsible for bringing suitable hiking equipment and personal gear. The organizer reserves the right to deny or terminate participation if a participant lacks adequate equipment and such inadequacy may compromise safety. No refund shall be provided in such circumstances.

Peserta bertanggungjawab menyediakan kelengkapan pendakian yang sesuai. Penganjur berhak menolak penyertaan jika kelengkapan tidak mencukupi. Tiada pemulangan wang dalam keadaan tersebut.

Participants are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering hiking activities, personal accidents, medical expenses, trip cancellation, and emergency evacuation.

Peserta digalakkan mendapatkan insurans perjalanan yang merangkumi aktiviti pendakian, kemalangan diri, perbelanjaan perubatan, pembatalan perjalanan dan pemindahan kecemasan.

Participants must follow all instructions given by guides, trek leaders, porters, and local authorities at all times. Hiking involves inherent risks including injury, accidents, adverse weather, landslides, getting lost, altitude-related illnesses, and other unforeseen hazards. Participation is entirely at the participant's own risk. The organizer, guides, porters, employees, and partners shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, delay, additional expenses, permanent disability, or death arising from participation in the trip.

Peserta wajib mematuhi arahan pemandu dan pihak berkuasa pada setiap masa. Pendakian melibatkan risiko semula jadi. Penyertaan adalah atas risiko peserta sendiri. Penganjur tidak bertanggungjawab terhadap sebarang kecederaan, kerugian atau kematian.

Any costs arising from rescue operations, emergency evacuation, medical treatment, hospitalization, or special transportation shall be borne entirely by the participant.

Sebarang kos akibat operasi menyelamat, pemindahan kecemasan, rawatan perubatan atau pengangkutan khas hendaklah ditanggung sepenuhnya oleh peserta.

The organizer reserves the right to amend, modify, postpone, reroute, or cancel any part of the itinerary due to safety concerns, weather conditions, natural disasters, government directives, or operational requirements without prior notice.

Penganjur berhak mengubah, menangguhkan atau membatalkan mana-mana bahagian itinerari atas faktor keselamatan, cuaca, bencana alam atau arahan pihak berkuasa tanpa notis awal.

Participants are solely responsible for their personal belongings. The organizer shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

Peserta bertanggungjawab sepenuhnya terhadap keselamatan barangan peribadi. Penganjur tidak bertanggungjawab atas sebarang kehilangan, kecurian atau kerosakan.

The organizer shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or itinerary changes resulting from circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, border closures, strikes, or other force majeure events.

Penganjur tidak bertanggungjawab terhadap sebarang kelewatan atau pembatalan yang berpunca daripada keadaan di luar kawalan seperti cuaca ekstrem, bencana alam, wabak penyakit, sekatan kerajaan atau penutupan sempadan.

All package prices advertised, quoted, or published are based on current supplier rates and operational costs at the time of publication. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to factors beyond the organizer's control, including but not limited to currency fluctuations, fuel prices, transportation costs, accommodation rates, government taxes, permits, inflation, supplier charges, natural disasters, political developments, and global economic conditions. The final package price may be revised based on prevailing market conditions and operational costs. Any necessary price adjustment will be determined no later than 30 days prior to departure and communicated to participants accordingly. Participants who have not completed full payment shall be subject to the revised pricing.

Semua harga pakej adalah berdasarkan kadar pembekal semasa dan tertakluk kepada perubahan tanpa notis disebabkan faktor di luar kawalan penganjur termasuk perubahan kadar pertukaran mata wang, harga bahan api, kos pengangkutan, cukai kerajaan dan keadaan ekonomi global. Sebarang pelarasan harga akan dimaklumkan selewat-lewatnya 30 hari sebelum tarikh perjalanan. Peserta yang belum menjelaskan bayaran penuh adalah tertakluk kepada harga yang telah disemak semula.

The organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone, combine, or amend the trip if the minimum required number of participants is not achieved or if operational requirements cannot be met. In such circumstances, participants may be offered an alternative departure date, alternative itinerary, travel credit, or refund of payments made, subject to deductions for any non-refundable costs, administrative fees, permits, accommodation bookings, transportation arrangements, or third-party charges already incurred. The organizer shall not be liable for any additional expenses incurred by participants, including but not limited to flight tickets, accommodation, transportation, visa fees, travel insurance, leave applications, or any other personal arrangements made independently by the participant.

Penganjur berhak membatalkan atau menangguhkan perjalanan sekiranya jumlah minimum peserta tidak dicapai. Peserta boleh ditawarkan tarikh alternatif, kredit perjalanan atau pemulangan bayaran tertakluk kepada potongan kos yang tidak boleh dipulangkan. Penganjur tidak bertanggungjawab terhadap kos peribadi tambahan yang ditanggung oleh peserta termasuk tiket penerbangan, penginapan, visa atau insurans perjalanan.

The organizer reserves the right to use photographs, videos, drone footage, testimonials, or other media captured during the trip for promotional, marketing, advertising, and social media purposes without compensation to participants. Participants who do not wish to appear in such materials must notify the organizer in writing before the trip commences.

Penganjur berhak menggunakan gambar, video, rakaman dron atau bahan media lain untuk tujuan promosi tanpa sebarang bayaran kepada peserta. Peserta yang tidak bersetuju hendaklah memaklumkan kepada penganjur secara bertulis sebelum program bermula.

By making a booking and payment, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Participants further confirm that they are physically fit to participate in the hiking program and voluntarily accept all risks associated with trekking and outdoor adventure activities.

Dengan membuat tempahan dan bayaran, peserta mengesahkan bahawa mereka telah membaca, memahami dan bersetuju dengan semua Terma & Syarat. Peserta juga mengesahkan bahawa mereka sihat untuk menyertai program dan menerima segala risiko berkaitan aktiviti pendakian.
